Deposits are required on all chartered booked of 10% of total cost of trip with the balance being paid not less than 10 days of that trip, trip can be cancelled if payment is not received the deposit be held as earned fee`s. Cancellation must be done before 30 days of trip a retention fee of 50% of deposit will be held as earned fee`s.
